We’ve got a big social weekend ahead of us!
This particular email is in relation to the Picnic which will take place This SUNDAY – 1.30PM
I’m quite excited as the Forecast for Sunday is Sunny with highs of 22 degrees – fingers crossed it stays that way.
FOOD
The picnic is bring and share, so hopefully this plan will work…
If your surname is in the first half of the alphabet (A to L) please bring sweet items, such as Cakes, Biscuits, Chocolatey things, Fruit …etc…
If your surname is in the second half of the alphabet (M to Z) please bring savoury items, such as Sandwiches (various fillings), Crisps, Cheese, breadsticks dips …etc…
DRINK
Bring your own drink…! As much as you can manage.
I’m sure we will find a nearby pub afterwards!
MEETING PLACE
We shall meet here: http://goo.gl/maps/xYbsS at the Northern end of Regent’s Park by the Playground at 1.00PM ish those who are there first please go and find somewhere nearby to have our picnic. Those in the Danes QP will join you ASAP afterwards… please can someone text me to say exactly where you are sat!!!
Nearest tube stations are Camden Town, on the Northern Line.
GAMES AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES
I shall collect the UL Sports Apparatus from Hart St and we should be well on our way!
