As many of you will know, UL Summer Tour planning is well under way!!!
When: 28th August – 4th September 2015
Where: This year we are planning on going to the Lincolnshire area.
What you have to do: All you have to do at the moment is respond saying if you would like to go and how long for and whether you will be driving.
Cost:
We are aiming for the cost of the Summer Tour week to be similar to last year (plus some food and drink)
What we will sort includes:
- Accommodation
- Transport once on the tour
- Entrance to some places.
- Locations of pubs
This year the accommodation want the full cost up front to avoid any no shows. As this the case the deposit will be slightly larger this year. We will let you know the amount required for the deposit once we have an idea of numbers.
Accommodation :
The accommodation is situated in Lincoln near the train station. Chris and I will be sorting out who wants to sleep with who at a later date.
